LBJ Ranch District The National Park Service operates the LBJRanch and gives the public access to the ranch Texas White House, LBJ’s birthplace, Johnson family cemetery, old Junction School, LBJ’s grandparents’ home, and ranch show barn. There is a 30-minute free guided tour but it requires tickets that are given on a first come first serve basis at the Hangar Visitor Center.

4. Pioneer Museum This 3.5 acres in Mainstreet is a combination of a museum and a historical site. Take a stroll in the buildings where they display hundreds of artifacts. See the Marktplatz, a replica of the first republic being constructed in Fredericksburg.
